Kurt Kuruç worked as Vice President of KlöcknerPentaplast Food Packaging Division for the Middle East-Africa-India-Russia-CIS region from 2016 to 2024. Between 2010 and 2016, he was the General Manager of kp-Türkiye (formerly Farmamak), Türkiye's leading rigid foil manufacturer.  Previously, he has 20 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. For 5 years, Kuruç was the President of the Packaging Manufacturers Association and has also worked in various non-profit sector organisations in Türkiye. He holds a bachelor's degree in Materials Science and an MBA degree. He is married and has two children.
