After completing her undergraduate studies in International Relations at Middle East Technical University, she obtained a master’s degree in European Studies from Leiden University in the Netherlands. In 2007, she began her career at the now-defunct Undersecretariat for Foreign Trade, within the Directorate General for the European Union. From 2018 to 2022, she served as the Commercial Attaché in Barcelona. She is currently serving as Head of the EU Single Market and Green Deal Department at the Directorate General for International Agreements and the European Union of the Ministry of Trade.
