Enis Sarılarlı, born in 1970 in Tekirdağ, began his education in Edirne, where he completed primary, secondary, and high school. In 1995, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Economics. 

He launched his professional career in 1997 as an Inspector at Toprakbank, where he developed analytical and strategic skills while gaining deep insight into the financial sector. In 2002, he joined the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF)-affiliated Birleşik Fon Bankası. Over the next decade, he held several senior positions, including Inspector, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Inspectors, and Financial Affairs Coordinator. During this 16-year tenure, Sarılarlı gained extensive expertise in banking supervision, financial management, and corporate process optimization.

In 2012, Sarılarlı transitioned to the real sector by joining Akçelik Mining as Deputy General Manager responsible for finance. Here, he successfully led major projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving sustainable growth. 

In 2018, Sarılarlı was appointed General Manager of Naksan Plastik, a company under TMSF management. He spearheaded the company’s restructuring efforts in the plastics industry, modernized business processes, and implemented strategies to improve productivity. After Naksan Plastik was transferred to ABY Plastik in 2022, Sarılarlı continued in his role as General Manager, a position he holds to this day. 

With over 25 years of professional experience, Enis Sarılarlı has established himself as a prominent leader across various industries. His career is distinguished by a strong emphasis on strategic management, operational excellence, and corporate transformation, making him a key figure in the real sector.
