After graduating from Bahçeşehir University Mechatronics Department in 2010, Teoman Alper Yiğit completed the Galatasaray University Micro MBA program. Starting his career in the pneumatic, electro-pneumatic sector in the sales field, he worked in the robotics, machinery and control systems sector. After working in a Japanese company for a while, he joined the FANUC Turkey team. 

He was appointed as the manager of the service department after working for 6 months in after-sales services such as maintenance, training and spare parts. He developed different strategies to increase customer satisfaction by reflecting FANUC's strong brand identity to after-sales services. A year later he became a sales manager. He managed the sales activities of CNC, Robot and Robomachine group products. In 2015, he was appointed as the managing director. He was deemed worthy of the "Top Sales Person" award given by FANUC Company globally. In 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, he was awarded as Turkey's 40 CEOs Under 40 by Ekonomist Magazine. Yigit is currently working as Managing Director for Turkey, Azerbaijan and CIS countries at FANUC.
