Hasan Ağaoğlu was born in 1978 in the district of Ulukışla, Niğde. After completing his primary education at Bursa Private İnal Ertekin School, he continued his secondary and high school education at Bursa Anatolian High School. Hasan Ağaoğlu successfully completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and later pursued an MBA at Kadir Has University to enhance his management skills.

He began his career in 2001 in the family business, A-Plas General Automotive Inc., starting in the Quality Department. Demonstrating his capabilities in a short period, he rose to senior management positions, including Project Manager, Plant Manager, and eventually Deputy General Manager. During this time, he played a key role in the company’s growth by leading numerous successful national and international initiatives in quality management, project development, and R&D. 

Today, Hasan Ağaoğlu serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at A-Plas General Automotive Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and a focus on innovation, Ağaoğlu has brought significant value to the company and holds several patents.

Fluent in English and a father to one son, Hasan Ağaoğlu continues to expand his expertise, contributing both to the industry and to society through social projects.
